Group Fitness is a fantastic way to keep motivated and having fun whilst exercising. My Group Fitness classes are designed for all levels of fitness so no matter if your a beginner or an athlete I can challenge you to challenge yourself.
I run assessments every 10 wks with all of my Group Sessions, so you can see exactly how much you are achieving, with many of my clients getting excellent improvements in their strenght and fitness levels, seriously; any health benefits are just a side effect.
These sessions are not focused on weight loss, that will happen regardless, so I do not need to dwell on it. I am more interested in increasing your fitness levels and having you enjoy exercise. Remember, It's a lifestyle... not a fad.
These times or classes don't suit, well get together atleast 3 more friends and create your own group session.......

Ideal for kickstarting your fitness program, you receive a personalized 6 week training program and contact for clubs and organizations to fulfill your interests.
